I fully appreciate that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled and/or rescheduled, however as a business I also have to protect myself due to the prospective financial losses that can occur. Please read the following information, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Cancellation/rescheduling your appointment
- Please contact me on 07453 797 856 at the absolute earliest opportunity once you know you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time then a 10% cancellation fee may be charged. This is at my discretion and I will endeavour to fill the appointment before levying the charge.
- Clients who repeatedly cancel may be asked to pay a 10% deposit to secure future bookings. This would be non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but would be taken off of the final bill as long as the appointment goes ahead.
- If I have to cancel or reschedule your appointment then I too will give you as much advance notice as possible. Only in the event of a family emergency or sudden illness on my part will I cancel within 24 hours, and in that case I may offer a discretionary discount by way of apology.
If you do not attend your appointment and have not made any contact with me (phone, social media, or email), then I reserve the right to charge a 10% deposit on any future bookings, as I cannot fill a no show appointment and am then guaranteed to be losing money.
